Travel Permit Request

Travel Permits need to be submitted at minimum 14 business days prior to your tournament.  All tournaments (even local) require a travel permit.  Permits submitted later then the 14 day minimum will be subject to a $50.00 fine by the NOHA.  Permits will not be approved without an approved roster (ie minimum an approved coach and trainer).
