Are the courses Reimbursed? Yes, please provide copies of your receipts to the NBMHA office @ [email protected] once your course is completed.

- NOHA AFFILIATION CHART
- No affiliations allowed after Jan 15th as roster is locked
- Affiliate requests need to be made through the NBMHA office and added to your official roster to be valid.
- Adding a player to your Gamesheet Roster does not add them to your HCR roster
- Please complete the form and submit to [email protected] and to the NBMHA office
- minimum 2 weeks notice required in North Bay to book refs
- minimum 48 business day hours for games outside of North bay
- Minimum 14 days notice required by the NOHA for travel permits
