This tournament is open to all U11, U13, U15 and U18 House league teams with the exception of A or select level house teams. The tournament reserves the right to limit the entries and make final decisions on eligibility.

Team Snap Tournament App Directions
Tournament registration will be done using Team Snap Tournaments. Once registered communication will take place using this app.
The deadline for registrations is November 5th, 2025. Before a team is considered accepted, the organizing committee must be in receipt of payment, required travel permit and roster. Please reach out to the convener if any of these documents will be delayed.
Any teams with overage players must declare them at the time of registration.

The North Bay Minor Hockey Association is pleased to be working with HTG Sports Services again for the 2025 Challenge Cup. HTG Sports has negotiated blocks and rates at a range of hotels in the North Bay area. The success of our tournament relies on the work of our dedicated volunteers and partners who help support our events, therefore we ask that teams requiring hotel rooms use the link below and book your accommodations through our partner, HTG Sports.

2025 North Bay Minor Hockey Refund Policy
Teams cancelling for any reason prior to November 1st receive a FULL refund. Teams cancelling ON or after November 1st will forfeit their payment if a replacement team is not found.
Payment Policy
Payments are due at time of registration in order to confirm your spot. Registration will remain open until a division is full and registration will be closed at that point.
Gateway Exhibition Series
This tournament is open to all U10AA, U11AA, U12AA, and U13AA, as well as U11A, U12A and U13A teams.
Tournament Features dates September 19th, 20th and 21st 2025
- All teams will play 4 exhibition games
- The series will be held in North Bay.
