Game Change Request Form

Please use this form to reschedule any regular season NDHL game.

• Any scheduling change request must be acknowledged by both teams and submitted 14 days in advance of the original scheduled game.
• Games will be rescheduled at the next available date when ice is available. If either team has a tournament scheduled, it will be moved again until the next available ice.
• Any reschedules requested after December 31st will require Division Convenor approval. Teams acknowledge there is a risk of the game not being rescheduled if no ice available.
